1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By purchasing, receiving, applying, displaying, gifting, removing, or otherwise using any BE THE PALM LLC sticker product, you ("User," "Customer," or "Purchaser") agree that:
You voluntarily assume all risks, liabilities, and consequences.
BE THE PALM LLC is not liable for:
Injury, property damage, or glass/windshield damage
Emotional distress, social backlash, or financial loss
Legal citations, fines, or civil/criminal charges
Any use or misuse by gift recipients or third parties

2. INDEMNITY AGAINST LAWS, CODES, AND JURISDICTIONS
You agree that BE THE PALM LLC is not responsible for compliance with any:

Zoning or property regulations
Environmental restrictions
HOA or community rules

County codes
Municipal or local laws

Vehicle code restrictions (especially related to glass, windshields, and visibility)
Third-party property rights
You are solely liable for any damage, legal action, or penalties resulting from sticker placement on:
Vehicles not owned by you
Glass or windshields where visibility may be impaired
Federal, state, or tribal property
Commercial or private property without written permission

4. INTERNATIONAL USE DISCLAIMER
BE THE PALM LLC products are designed and distributed from the United States.
International buyers and users assume full responsibility for:
Import regulations
Display and content laws
Public decency standards
Customs clearance, tariffs, and taxes
We are not responsible for seizure, fines, censorship, or criminal penalties resulting from violation of non-U.S. or global laws.

5. AGE RESTRICTION AND NSFW CONTENT
Some Products contain NSFW, explicit, or politically sensitive content.
Such content is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
Purchase or use by minors is strictly prohibited and at the sole risk of the purchaser or gift giver.

6. APPLICATION, REMOVAL, AND SURFACE DAMAGE
Stickers must be applied only to clean, dry, flat, and non-porous surfaces that are free of dust, grease, wax, or other contaminants.
Proper bumper sticker application includes:
Applying to a standard painted or metal bumper (OEM finish only)
Installing in moderate weather conditions (above 50°F/10°C, low humidity)
Ensuring the surface is thoroughly cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner prior to installation
Aligning and pressing evenly from the center outward to avoid bubbling or air pockets
Allowing the adhesive to cure undisturbed for 24 hours
Stickers should not be applied to:
Surfaces with ceramic coating, vinyl wraps, matte finishes, or aftermarket paint
Areas subject to high heat, abrasion, or direct impact
Glass/Windshield Application Warning:
Stickers may be applied to glass surfaces (including windshields and windows), but this is done entirely at your own risk. Improper application or removal from glass can result in:
Adhesive residue that is difficult to remove
Surface etching, discoloration, or permanent staining
Cracking, spidering, or chipping, especially on older, tinted, heated, or previously damaged glass
Interference with defrosting elements, sensors, or visibility
Damage caused by tools or chemical solvents used in removal
Due to the wide variation in paint formulas, chemical compositions, coatings, and curing processes across different makes, models, manufacturers, and third-party paint services, BE THE PALM LLC cannot and does not guarantee compatibility with any specific paint or surface type.
Use of BE THE PALM LLC sticker products on custom, aftermarket, ceramic-coated, matte, vinyl-wrapped, repainted, or non-OEM surfaces is done entirely at your own risk.
BE THE PALM LLC is not responsible for any of the following:
Peeling, bubbling, fading, or discoloration of paint
Adhesive residue or staining
Surface cracking, lifting, or oxidation
Damage caused by heat exposure, sun bleaching, or pressure washing
Scratches, gouges, or etching caused by removal tools or solvents
Any damage to glass or windshields, including cracking, pitting, delamination, or electronic interference
Therefore, BE THE PALM LLC is not responsible for any paint or glass damage caused by the adhesive, glue, or application/removal process of our sticker products under any circumstances.
All Products are sold AS IS, and by purchasing, you waive any claim related to paint, surface, or glass damage, including any request for refund, replacement, or repair.

7. SOCIAL, REPUTATIONAL, AND THIRD-PARTY CONSEQUENCES
BE THE PALM LLC cannot be held responsible for how others may respond to your use of our stickers, including but not limited to:
Harassment, job loss, academic consequences
Negative social media coverage
Reputation damage
Removal, destruction, or vandalism of property

8. FORCE MAJEURE / ACTS OF GOD
We are not liable for delays, damage, or nonperformance caused by:
Natural disasters
War or unrest
Regulatory changes
Internet or power outages
Shipping interruptions

9. INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BE THE PALM LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from all legal claims, disputes, losses, and damages, including:
Misuse, abuse, or third-party use
Improper or unlawful display
Violation of codes, laws, or ordinances at any level
International, tribal, or cultural violations

All stickers and related materials are provided "AS IS" with no warranty of performance, durability, merchantability, or fitness for any specific purpose.

WARNING : Products sold by Be The Palm LLC may contain trace amounts of chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. This warning is provided because we use eco-solvent inks in our printing process , which may contain substances regulated under California's Proposition 65.

Why We Are Providing This Warning
Eco-solvent inks, while formulated to be more environmentally friendly than traditional solvent-based inks, may still contain small quantities of the following chemicals listed under Proposition 65:
- Glycol ethers (e.g., ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol)
- Toluene (in some formulations)
- Phthalates (used as plasticizers)
- Heavy metals (e.g., nickel, cobalt in pigments)

Note :
- These chemicals may be present in uncured ink during the printing process.
- Finished products are safe for everyday use once fully cured/dried.

Exposure Mitigation
While risks are minimal under normal use, we recommend:
- Avoiding prolonged direct skin contact with freshly printed materials.
- Washing hands after handling uncured products.
- Keeping printed materials away from children or pets during the curing process (24-48 hours).

Compliance Statement
